Since Islam is a full-fledged system of life, it is one of the main features of Islam. It is therefore very natural that in Islam, there will be rules and regulations regarding the economic activities of the people, which represent their basic consciousness and ideals. And the system developed on these principles has assumed the form of Islamic economics.
Basic Consciousness of the Islamic Economy

Firstly: All things are owned and owned by Allah:

In fact, the earth and everything in it are owned by Allah alone without any exception. None of his molecules are also his partner. Only Allah is the creator of these. Allah says in the Holy Qur'an:

(A) And the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them is for Allah.
(B) God's kingdom belongs to the heavens and the earth, and whatever is in them.
(C) And he has no partner in sovereignty.
(D) Say, "Call on those whom you think of God except Allah."

They do not possess anything in the heavens and in the earth. And they have no partnership between them. Therefore, the right to interfere in everything in the universe is reserved for him. Because having full ownership means to have the right to exercise full control and to interfere with his rights.

Secondly: All the goods or property:

Goods or property The safe things that people derive and benefit from it. Everything in the world is included in it. So all of it is only Allah's. God is the real owner of everything. Allah says, and give them the things that Allah has given you.

Thirdly: Allah has made all the mortals loyal to the people:

Allah has made the earth and everything in the heavens loyal to the benefit of mankind by His grace. And to help people benefit from these creation, they opened the roads to benefit from their intelligence and talent. Allah  said, and He has given you all that is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. It has been said elsewhere - Do not you see that Allah has appointed for you all that is in the heavens and the earth. And He has given you wide public and unseen His greatness. Allah has given grace to the people with the ability to benefit from His creation, and in their minds it is said: Say, "He created you and gave you hearing and sight and hearts." Thank you very little. "

Fourthly: Temporary ownership:

Although, the only owner of all things, Allah, He has given permission for people to be benefited from them, intervened and respected them. He even called them the owner. Quran has been given:

(A) And do not eat your property unjustly among yourselves and do not give the judges (as a bribe). So that any part of human wealth can be eaten by knowing through sin.
(B) And know that your wealth and your children are not a triumph.
(C) Those who spend their wealth at night and day

In these verses, Man has been linked to the person as the owner. Hadith has come in Sharif, 'No believer's goods will be legal, except for his conscientious consent.' In this hadith, Man has been linked to the person. But the real ownership is still in the hands of Allah. Because he is the original creator; No one can be associated with His creation. This means that the ownership that is being related to human beings is temporary basis. Man is the sole advocate for the real owner of the property owned by him and the role of solicitor. That is why he has decided to obey all the terms and conditions of the original owner in his own property, his own proprietary assets. He is Allah Almighty. If he violates it, he will be considered guilty. Sufficient punishment by Shariat is appropriate. As a punishment, sometimes his blessing is to be snatched - temporary or permanent, partially or completely.

Fifth: On Allah's way of spending wealth:

The amount of wealth that Muslims have been given to them is to spend their choice on Allah's choice. That he should fulfill the purpose of creation and the slavery of Allah. By which he is blessed to have a happy life in the Hereafter. It has been said, and you will find the home of the Hereafter, in the gift that Allah has given you. But do not forget your share of the world. But this does not mean that we should refrain from honesty affairs of the world, or push the body away without requiring it to be necessary. Our Lord has said, 'Who has forbidden the beauty of Allah, which He has created for His servants and the sacred provision'?

Sixth: The world is not intended to be:

The world or the world's bounty is not the real purpose of man; The real purpose is only to help implement. The real goal is to prepare yourself for the Hereafter by worshiping. Therefore, to gain the resources and resources of the world, we do not forget the real purpose. Do not make the world or any object of its own. Because the purpose of keeping shoes is to keep people's feet in it. The purpose of dressing up animals is to ride on his back and he will reach him on the destination. Therefore, Islamic or healthy knowledge of Fiqh, from the point of view, the main goal can not be to purchase shoes only or buy a horse that is not intended. Likewise, a Muslim earns worldly material and wealth as a medium only. Which makes it easy to fulfill the original purpose of his creation. And these materials will soon be lost. There will be only one remaining, which he has spent on worshiping Allah and seeking His pleasure.

The way Islam wants to manage economic activities in such a way, there is no alternative to the development of this consciousness and to uphold it altogether. Because man's activity is the catalyst or the real motivation that controls him from inside. Controlling his desires and intentions and attitudes and tendencies. Intrinsic control becomes easier when the external control is in sight. This abstract is mentioned repeatedly in the Quran.

(A) And what you have been given is the enjoyment and beauty of the life of this world. And what is with Allah is better and lasting. Will not you understand
(B) I have adorned what is in the earth, so that We may test them which of them is best in deeds.
(C) Property and children are the beauty of the life of the world. And permanent good deeds are better in return for your Lord and better in expectation.

General principles of Islamic economy:

There are several general principles of Islamic economy based on Islamic axiom, human nature and public welfare. And those who have many branches and roles, From these principles, we will try to discuss three important policies. They are: freedom of action, rights of individual ownership and succession or misery.

Freedom of action:

Islam encourages action. Dislike laziness and inability. And with dignity, the greatest and greatest work, which makes it the sight of Allah. For example, nirrat iwadat - namely salat And those legitimate works that are done in good faith. Such as industrial and farming.

In the earnings and economic activities, Islam encourages more labor. Workers' earnings are bountiful. Allah casts praise of efforts and honesty earnings. Then when the prayer is finished, then you spread on the earth and search from the grace of Allah. There is more respect. It is He who has made the earth accessible to you, so you go about it in the wilderness, and you eat from His supply, and to Him only is the Resurrection. Hadith has come in Sharif, "People do not eat better than earning rosary." Another hadith has come in that - 'The person who lives in tired of earning lawful, spend the night after receiving pardon.'

And in spite of being motivated in action and economic activities. Not a special type of work; Any work The condition is to be lawful only in the eyes of the Shari'ah. This encourages all the potential activities of HONESTY earnings and all types of transactions. For example, trade, industry, joint ventures, mortgages, leases and all kinds of activities and activities that people adopt for making honesty income. Islam does not reduce man's dignity if he does any lawful thing; No matter how insignificant they are to the people. In the light of the Qur'anic statement, the value of the value and superiority of the people is takwah and daydari. His wealth and abundance and profession and action are not. That is why we see the great pre-Islamic scholars of the Ummah, Fakih and Buddhists, who have given labor in exchange for certain remuneration in some work.

Islam has adopted another method to indirectly motivate action and earnings. That is, encouraged the needy to help the poor and the helpless person better than the help recipient. Hadith has come - 'High hands are better than lower hands', similarly Zakat, Hajj and various prayers and the big holes in the way of Allah has been kept. It is not possible to achieve these goodies without achieving the resources of Hajj and Zakat. And the materials can not be collected without money and property. Meanwhile, the main objective of earning wealth and earning is the labor and effort spent. Therefore, it is said that the work is the means of earning, because the work is the only way to get money. And the expense of money is the achievement of Allah's satisfaction and good fortune. That is why the hadith has come in Sharif - "How wonderful is the wealth of noble people." Because the righteous man is blessed with Allah's pleasure by spending his legal wealth on Allah's will.

The responsibility of choosing a suitable work has left Islam on the person. The person gave freedom to work or chores to work. It has unleashed economic freedom for him. So he has the right to choose the job he wants. He can not be prevented in this regard. Or can not be forced. No quotation from Shari'a denies the freedom to choose economic independence or person's work.

The explanation of this matter will depend on the human nature and its respect and personality, its properties, individual responsibilities or responsibilities and attention to the welfare of everyone. Its explanation is that, every person has a tendency towards independence in the way of birth and departure of every person, in the birth itself. Therefore, it is not right to ignore the healthy tension completely. Even an unfamiliar creature also feels such tension towards freedom.
